# General

In this article, you will learn how to define layouts for your projects, edit them, clone them using templates, or delete layouts. It also explains how you can search in the layouts of multiple projects and filter them by specific properties. filter them.

In the view Layoutmanager you can find all organizations, i.e. companies or associations, which can be used in your projects.

# Search & filter

In the area Filter & Sort you can restrict the display specifically. For this you can use search terms for the name of a layout or select tags with which a layout was linked.

Upper and lower case are not considered here. To narrow down the search, press the SEARCH button.

Additionally, you can narrow down the displayed layouts by other properties. Use the properties for this purpose: (1) Templates, (2) Upright, or (3) Available to further narrow down the hit list.

Tip:

Filtering can be helpful if you want to search specifically for certain layouts in a large number of projects. The use of tags can provide you with additional support in this regard. Some tags are automatically assigned by the system. If you have defined your own tags, you can use them to additionally mark a layout in order to find it more easily later. find it later.

The hits are sorted alphabetically descending by the name of a layout. You can use the up/down arrows to change the sort order. Note that you can use the < or > icons to navigate through the hit list to find more layouts under the to list additional layouts under the specified search criteria.

You can delete all filters or search entries with the CLEAR button, then all layouts of all your projects will be displayed again. of all your projects will be displayed.

# Edit

To edit an existing layout, press edit in the layout manager overview. The view for editing a layout opens.

# Delete

To delete an existing layout, press delete in the layout manager overview.
